What does unlimited designs actually mean?

You assign us a task, we complete it, deliver it, and then move on to the next one. While we can’t handle a web design, a mobile app, and dozens of banners all at once, we’ll complete everything for you, step by step. :).

How does the subscription work?

You pay the invoice in lei based on the BNR exchange rate, after which you’ll gain access to the services included in your chosen package.

You will receive instructions on how to use the ticket platform and how the entire process works. Payments are made in advance, and no VAT is added since our company is not VAT registered.

What services are included?

The design services included are listed above on the page.

It’s easier to tell you what we don’t do: logos, animations, videos, typefaces, 3D modeling, mold creation, and stamping. If you have any doubts, just ask, and we’ll respond quickly..

How fast do we deliver?

We work Monday through Friday and deliver as quickly as possible, but we never compromise on quality.

We provide original, high-quality work you can be proud of! Most projects can be delivered within 24-72 hours, while larger ones, such as an iOS app with dozens of screens, may take weeks.

Why shouldn’t I hire a designer?

I’ve personally hired dozens of designers and know the process very well. Besides the costs associated with a salary, office space, work equipment, and other expenses, you’ll also need to post job ads on expensive platforms (an ad can cost up to €250).

You’ll have to sort candidates, schedule interviews, discuss with each of them, give a small test, and so on. If you’re not well-versed in the process, hiring a designer can be incredibly difficult.

Why shouldn’t I hire a freelancer?

Freelancer platforms are complex and hard to navigate. When you manage to post an ad, you’ll be overwhelmed by freelancers who barely speak English.

Trust is a big issue, not to mention the quality of work. A freelancer could leave your project unfinished or deliver something entirely different from what you wanted. Additionally, an experienced designer would charge significantly more!

What if I don't like the design?

That’s normal, and it’s okay! Let us know what you’d like to change, and we’ll keep revising until you’re satisfied. After all, that’s what we’re here for!

Are there any additional costs?

Generally, no. However, if you need stock photos from a platform like Adobe Stock or other materials that require extra payments, we’ll transparently present all additional costs..

How many designs can I request?

Anything you need, but one step at a time. For instance, if you need a website, Facebook Ads, a business card, and a brochure for your sales team, each of these is treated as a separate task. We’ll tackle them in the order you choose.

Let’s say you prioritize the website. You provide the details, and we’ll get started. After refining the design based on your feedback, we finalize it for programming. Once that’s complete, we move on to the next ticket. And so forth.

Our process isn’t tied to hours or a fixed number of tasks. Instead, we focus on delivering promptly and completing as many tickets as you create.

What limitations are there?

You can’t use the subscription to design for all your entrepreneur friends under a single account.

You also can’t assign us projects as part of an outsourcing arrangement. If we suspect misuse of the system, we’ll immediately end the collaboration.

The subscriptions are non-negotiable.

Do you also offer programming for websites or mobile apps?

No, but we can put you in touch with reliable professionals we trust. .

What software do we use?

It depends on the project, but we primarily rely on Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.

If you need something specific, for example, if the company printing your brochures requires a particular format, just let us know, and we’ll deliver exactly what’s needed.

What can I do with a website without programming?

Check out the examples to see what you’ll receive. With a complete design, you’ll be able to get much more precise quotes from any programmer. A professional, attractive design significantly increases the likelihood of your business’s success while keeping costs under control. The same applies to mobile apps.
